At the Be Like Josh Foundation, our goal is to give disabled dogs the medical care, therapy, and support they need to thrive—and find loving forever homes. But sometimes, that journey takes longer. And for some dogs, forever may be right here with us.

This past year, we’ve welcomed more dogs whose ongoing needs mean adoption may be far in the future—or may never be possible. Today, our rescue is doing more of the work of a sanctuary, providing special diets, supplements, medications, physical therapy, acupuncture, mobility aids, and continued veterinary care. These wonderful dogs deserve comfort, joy, and every opportunity to live full, happy lives, however long they remain with us.
